| All of our weight training programs include a workout card written specifically for each individual athlete. This workout card includes the prescribed exercises and the weight to be used for each movement. The success of any training regime bedside’s the athlete’s 100% effort lies in the design and implementation of an efficient program. Every exercise in one of our workouts is selected to give the athlete the most benefit directly related to their sport. We vary the exercises, weights used, sets and reps every 3-4 weeks so as to continually challenge the athlete. Only through constant adaptation can our athlete progress. Similar to reading a book over and over, the first few times you might extract something you missed the first or second time, but eventually the learning curve will diminish and your mind will no longer be challenged. We take a some what similar approach in our training, forcing the athlete’s neuro muscular and muscular system to adapt to a new set of regimes. No matter an athlete’s needs, availability, experience we will design a program to suit their needs.
