Whatever
package you purchase can be applied to either weight
training, speed training or a combination. Meaning we
might train with weights two times a week and include on
the third day a speed training session.
Cancellation Policy: Only
pay for sessions used. If you cannot attend your scheduled
session, please contact us via email or call the gym. Your
cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
Scheduling a supervised session: You
can either pre book your times weekly monthly or for the
number of packages you purchased. You also have the option
of booking your session with 24 hr notice.
Scheduling can be done by e mailing us at accplus2001@yahoo.com or
calling 908-447-8758 (cell) or 908-222-9700 (gym) and just
leave a message. Make sure you indicate what session you
are attending speed or weight training also the day date
and time. Supervised programs can be scheduled on the hour
or half hour. Sessions generally run one hour or a little
longer.
